I asked how to return.

I asked how to return. The scale is too large for the 1/72 Gato Submarine kit, from Revell, that I have built.
I emailed a few days ago and NO response.
Was thinking about purchasing the three piece plastic railing set.
Would like to receive a response before I spend any additional money.
