These are an upgrade form the oem kit parts but definitely not the high grade I thought they would be. These are a generic design similiar to the oem parts. The trailing edge of the real life propellor should be tapered to an edge not rounded liek most kit parts. Still better material quality then oem kit parts for sure. Shipping packaging could be much better. It was a small mini box containing just a baggie with the parts thrown in.
The owner (Sasa) is absolutely the easiest to work with. I am currently scratching-building a model of a Clemson class destroyer. Sasa was able to scale the parts to odd scale that gilts perfectly with the model. I can’t recommend Distefano enough. Photo attached is the model with Distefano scaled deck houses.
Thanks, the 1/72 scale piece I ordered was well packed and arrived nice and intact. It appears very clean and crisply detailed. I’ll do some research or check for FAQs for advice how to best extract it from its printing matrix. Cheers!
