Great details, some compatibility issues

These rudders are an essential replacement for either the Nichimo or Trumpeter 1/200 Yamato rudders. Detail work is excellent, at least on a par with the Model Monkey set, and available without having to come from China. There is one caveat: the rudders require considerable alterations to the Trumpeter Yamato rudder mounts to fit, and removal of some of the main rudder post. I haven't checked my Nichimo kit (still in the box) but I suspect the Distefan rudders were designed to fit Nichimo's mount design. Not a big problem, but it took me a couple hours of work to make them fit my Trumpeter kit.
